Acceptable Documentation

  • Copy of Paystubs showing hours worked
  • Copy of W2 – total hours divided by hourly wage to determine hours
  • Copy of Income tax form – total hours divided by hourly wage to determine hours
  • Copy of Letter from an Employer or Volunteer Agency indicating position held, dates, and total number of hours worked

Verification Process

    • Student brings verification document and verification form to advisor
    • Advisor reviews and approves hours
    • Advisor signs form and files in student file
