EUPHORIA - AN ORANGE CARPET AFFAIR returns to the campus of Oklahoma State University. For the seventh year, apparel design students’ creations will be featured in a high-energy, runway fashion show. Produced by the Department of Design, Housing and Merchandising in the College of Human Sciences, Euphoria will take place April 20, 2018, 8:00 p.m. This year’s event will be held in Student Union Theater.
The departmental advisory board is working on the 2nd annual silent auction. Gifts are arriving from around the state: Pioneer Woman Mercantile, Rustic Cuff, OSU athletic items included signed football and basketball, lodging venues and more. The funds raised will be used to add wall tackable surfaces on the 4th floor to increase the space available for students to publicly display their work. The silent auction will open at 5:30 pm on Friday, April 20 outside the Student Union Theater lobby. It will close at 7:30 pm with the Euphoria Show beginning at 8 pm.
Ticket prices are $25 for general admission and $50 for VIP admission.
VIP ticket holders will enjoy a 6:30 p.m. reception with hors d’oeuvres while they visit with student designers in the Student Union French Lounge along with special VIP seating at the fashion show.
Tickets can be purchased on-line at http://okla.st/OSUEuphoria2018 or from members of the fashion show production class.
Seating for the show will begin at 7:00 p.m.
