Expertise

My appointment is 100 percent Extension funded. I use translational research to educate target audiences how to maintain their built and near environments. This includes teaching consumers to manage household demands on natural resources most efficiently.

The national award recognizes a library that demonstrates excellence by providing programs that have community impact and respond to community needs. The Library’s collaborative series of five Science Cafes over potential impacts of oil and gas exploration in 2014 garnered the prestigious award.
