The Value of NCIDQ Certification

The NCIDQ Certification is the industry's recognized indicator of proficiency in interior design codes and standards for occupant health, safety, and welfare.  DHM is proud to have on the faculty Dr. Alana Pulay, an NCIDQ Ambassador, who advocates for the importance of interior design certification.  Dr. Pulay helps guide students with preparing for the NCIDQ exam.

The Value of LEED GA certification    (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design)

A LEED credential denotes proficiency in today’s sustainable design, construction and operations standards. The LEED Green Associate exam measures general knowledge of green building practices and how to support others working on LEED projects. Dr. Pulay is a LEED AP (Advanced Professional), which means that she has designed LEED certified buildings. Dr. Pulay is the faculty advisor for the US Green Building Council student chapter on the OSU campus.
